Our face is the outward manifestation of what goes inside our bodies. So every day we must make a genuine commitment to making some of the better choices of health and soon enough they are bound to be reflected in our outward beauty. A few simple daily steps will show us great results in no time at all. Most people get dark circles due to overdoing on caffeine, cutting back on quality sleep, straining themselves in front of TV or computer, smoking and drinking as well as improper hydration and diet. Lack of circulation in the form of missing out exercise also brings in the case of dark circles.

For most individuals working till late hours it is essential that they catch up optimal rest and sleep. If needed one must wear eye pads and ear puffs in order to sleep. The room or atmosphere must be temperate and not too cool or too warm in order to induce good sleep.

Aroma candles, essential oil massages, sleep inducing soft music and breathing exercises before sleep induce a more relaxed state. It is indeed unfortunate that most of the time we are so tired and drained that we just seem to drop off to sleep in no time at all! But taking the sacred time to relax ourselves before sleeping, for at least a few times a week, is indeed one of the best things to bring in the youth and glow along with the cure to dark circles back in to our face. We will be radiating with genuine pleasure once we have mastered the true and meaningful way to rest.

Bringing in the habit of including adequate hydration definitely brings endless benefits to our selves. We do not get tired or puffy eyes easily if we remain well hydrated. Hydration does not mean just gulping down water!

Hydration really means bringing in the value of true whole foods in to our lives, cutting out all junk and most form of caffeine and tobacco use in our life. Smoking in any form is bound to get us dehydrated and drain the water from our cells. Our cells need to renew and that is through wholesome nourishing water to them. This does not mean just drinking water alone though while drinking we must ensure that we have the most refreshing and fresh spring water or filtered water to drink.

The quality of water is of prime importance. Also when we have juices and smoothies of wholesome, organic fruits and vegetables, we are indeed making a big investment for our bodies. Eating more of fresh and organic raw fruits and veggies bring us proper hydration and when we include them in a large proportion in our day we will find that we require less need to drink water alone. This is indeed fascinating and hydration does not feel like a boring word anymore. It is important to cut down caffeine and refined food as much as possible since they only tend to drain us. Cutting down on all things coming from white flour and white sugar and then gradually cutting off more of grains and heavily cooked food will definitely make a genuine sea change in health. The more we come to rely on wholesome and natural meals the closer to highest health essence do we get to feel. These changes bring great relief to dark circles and set in a higher foundation for activating true radiation and beauty from within us.
